13.      How do I pre-register? Do I need pay to attend the exhibition?

A.Pre-registration for professional visitors is free before 22:00 (Beijing Time) on Nov 4^th, 2024. Please click  Automotive World China 2024 (infosalons.com.cn) to pre-register now. Alternatively, you can contact Mr. Alan lee: Mobile/WeChat/WhatsApp: +86 158 9757 6857  [email protected] before the show and he can assist you and your colleagues with pre-registration and send you confirmation before the show.

B: Onsite Ticketing Policy: For domestic and international visitors who have not pre-registered, an onsite ticket fee of RMB100 will be charged. After onsite payment and registration, you will receive a visitor badge for entry.

15.      I need an invitation letter to apply for my visa to China. Can I get an invitation letter from your exhibition?

If you need an invitation letter to apply for visa. please send a copy of your company’s business license, your passport and business card as well as your pre-registration details to Mr. Alan Lee at [email protected] no later than Oct 17^th 2024. He will let you know whether our show can support invitation letter.  

16.      Do I need to bring any document to enter the exhibition?

International visitors need bring their passport for entry. If you have done pre-registration before the show, please also bring a copy of your confirmation letter to save USD15 for onsite ticket.

Once you complete registration with AUTOMOTIVE WORLD CHINA 2024 and receive your badge, you can use the AWC visitor badge to access other concurrent exhibitions such as NEPCON ASIA, ES Show, C-TOUCH & DISPLAY, AMTS & AHTE South China, and FILM & TAPE Expo for free. Restrooms are clearly marked at each entrance hall and within the exhibition halls. They are located next to the service counters in the entrance halls and on both the upper and lower levels within the exhibition halls.

29.      How to Hire Interpreters or Temp Staff On-site?

Temp Staff: For temp staff needs, please register at the Customer Service Centers in each hall. We cannot guarantee that all requests can be fully met.

Translation Services: We offer two main types of translation services:

• Interpreter Translation Services: You need to confirm the required languages and usage details at least two weeks before the event. The cost for English, Japanese, or Korean translation services ranges from 1,200 to 2,000 RMB. For other less common languages, a separate quote will be provided.
• Translation Device Services: We provide visual translation devices to assist with on-site translation. The cost for using the device is 300 RMB per day, with an additional 5,000 RMB deposit required.

30.      Where can I get drinking water at the venue?

·         Drinking Water Stations: Water dispensers are available in the event functional zones where you can fill your water cup.

·         Vending Machines: Self-service bottled water vending machines are available across the venue.

·         Convenience Stores: You can also purchase bottled water at the on-site convenience stores.

31.      Where can I find ATM and exchange currency?

ATM: The Bank of China 24-hour self-service bank is located at 313-1 Qiaohe Road, Zhancheng Community, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen.

Currency Exchange: You can exchange RMB at the China Construction Bank on Heping Village Commercial Street or at the Agricultural Bank of China near Shenlian Circuit.

32.      Can I take food and beverages into the venue?

The venue generally prohibits outside food and beverages from being brought in without prior approval for health and hygiene reason. However, a small amount of personal food and drinks are allowed if you have the purchase receipt with you. These items can be taken into the venue after passing security checks.

34  Can I get a free bus or metro ticket to Megashow?

Yes. Free Shenzhen Bus and Metro Ticket will be available for RX “Six Connected Shows, A Mega Feast of Innovation” during show time, please follow the tips:

1. This ticket is valid only from November 6th to 8th, 2024.

2. Where to retrieve: North Lobby, South Lobby Registration Counter and Info counter at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center.

3. How to retrieve: Please show your valid exhibitor or visitor pass to the counter staff. One ticket provided for one pass only.

4. This ticket entitles you to a free subway ride (ordinary class only) or a free bus ride on designated routes (route number: B892, M515, 615).

5. Limited to trade professionals for exhibition participation. When taking the subway, you need present this ticket and your valid exhibition pass. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to use it.

6. This ticket can only be used when arriving or departing from Shenzhen World/Shenzhen World North Station or when taking designated bus routes. Please hand it over to the staff when getting on the bus or exiting the subway station.

7. This ticket is non-exchangeable for cash and invalid if copied.

35   Are there accessible facilities and services at the exhibition?

Yes, we provide the following accessibility facilities and services at the exhibition:

• Accessible Parking: Two accessible parking spots, clearly marked, are available close to elevators in the underground parking area.
• Accessible Entry: Staff at the outer entrances are available to assist those in need with security checks and registration, and they can guide you through a special access lane for nearby entry to the exhibition halls.

While there is no dedicated prayer room, a quiet room is available in the corridor on the second floor between Halls 13 and 15 for visitors who may require it.

37   Are there halal or vegetarian dining options at the venue?

There is no specific halal or vegetarian restaurant at Shenzhen World, but we have partnered with the renowned catering provider GUSTO on the third floor of the South Lobby to offer halal and vegetarian meal options. Guests may also receive a special dining voucher worth 5 yuan. 41.     Weather

It’s warm and comfortable in early November in Shenzhen, and the air quality is excellent. The average temperature is between 19 ℃ and 27 ℃ （66  and 80 degree Fahrenheit）. The daytime average temperature is 27 ℃（80 degree fahrenheit）, and the nighttime average temperature is 19 ℃ （66 degree fahrenheit）. The weather forecast shows no rain during the exhibition period. Air conditioning is on in the exhibition hall. We suggest that you wear shirts, long skirts or suits, and comfortable shoes to attend the event.
