AWC 2024 will span Halls 13 and 16, with an expected exhibition area of 30,000 square meters and over 500 brands exhibiting from both domestic and international markets.

 

Total Mega Show exhibition area is 140,000 square meters.

  • Use "Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center 深圳国际会展中心" for navigation. The venue is adjacent to the Yanjiang Expressway, accessible via the "International Exhibition Center" and "Fuhai" toll stations.

How to reach the exhibition venue from Shenzhen airport and train station

From Shenzhen Airport:

  • The venue is 7 km from Terminal 3 of Shenzhen Airport, 3 km from the T4 hub, and 75 km from Hong Kong Airport.

·         Take Metro Line 11 to "Airport North Station" and transfer to Metro Line 20 to reach either " Shenzhen World Station  or  Shenzhen World North Station

13.      How do I pre-register? Do I need pay to attend the exhibition?

A: Pre-registration for professional visitors is free before the event. Please click  Automotive World China 2024 (infosalons.com.cn)to pre-register now. Alternatively, you can contact Mr. Alan lee: Mobile/WeChat/WhatsApp: +86 158 9757 6857  [email protected] before the show and he can assist you and your colleagues with pre-registration and send you confirmation before the show.

B: Onsite Ticketing Policy: For domestic and international visitors who have not pre-registered, an onsite ticket fee of RMB100 will be charged. After onsite payment and registration, you will receive a visitor badge for entry.

15.      I need an invitation letter to apply for my visa to China. Can I get an invitation letter from your exhibition?

If you need an invitation letter to apply for visa. please send a copy of your company’s business license, your passport and business card as well as your pre-registration details to Mr. Alan Lee at [email protected] no later than Oct 17th 2024. He will let you know whether our show can support invitation letter.  

 

16.      Do I need to bring any document to enter the exhibition?

International visitors need bring their passport for entry. If you have done pre-registration before the show, please also bring a copy of your confirmation letter to save USD15 for onsite ticket.

 

17.      How can I visit other concurrent exhibitions?

Once you complete registration with AUTOMOTIVE WORLD CHINA 2024 and receive your badge, you can use the AWC visitor badge to access other concurrent exhibitions such as NEPCON ASIA, ES Show, C-TOUCH & DISPLAY, AMTS & AHTE South China, and FILM & TAPE Expo for free. There is no need for additional registration or payment.

19.      Which Entrance Should I Use?

·         South Entrance is the main entrance: Take Metro Line 12 or Line 20 to "Shenzhen World Station" and use the C1 or C2 exit to access the South Entrance of the exhibition hall.

·         North Entrance: Take Metro Line 12 or Line 20 to "Shenzhen World North Station" and use the C1 or C2 exit to access the North Entrance of the exhibition hall.

20.      Can I Re-enter the Exhibition Hall?

·         Yes, you can re-enter the exhibition hall during the event using your valid visitor pass.

21.      Can Children Enter the Exhibition?

·         The exhibition is only open to professional visitors. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter the exhibition hall.

RX Connect is a digital platform provided by RX (Reed Exhibitions) that facilitates networking and engagement for exhibitors, visitors, and industry professionals before, during, and after the event. It allows users to:

Location: central corridor between Halls 7 and 8 on the ground floor, towards the south side of the venue.

26.      How to get Free Wi-Fi, Luggage Storage, Lounge at the Exhibition Hall?

A. Wi-Fi Coverage: The exhibition hall provides free Wi-Fi access, though the connection may be unstable.

B. VIP Lounge

  • The VIP lounge with the show offers Wi-Fi access during the event. You can purchase a privilege card for 49 RMB, which includes luggage storage and single entry to the lounge (where you can charge mobiles, use Wi-Fi, and get drinking water).
  • For additional services such as meals, or hotel bookings, consider upgrading to the 99/199 RMB priority/premium card.

C.         Portable Wi-Fi Rental:

  • Available for 250 RMB per day, with a 1000 RMB deposit for the device.

27.      Where are the restrooms?

Restrooms are clearly marked at each entrance hall and within the exhibition halls. They are located next to the service counters in the entrance halls and on both the upper and lower levels within the exhibition halls.

28.      Is there a place for printing and copying on-site?

29.      How to Hire Interpreters or Temp Staff On-site?

Temp Staff: For temp staff needs, please register at the Customer Service Centers in each hall. We cannot guarantee that all requests can be fully met.

Translation Services: We offer two main types of translation services:

  • Interpreter Translation Services: You need to confirm the required languages and usage details at least two weeks before the event. The cost for English, Japanese, or Korean translation services ranges from 1,200 to 2,000 RMB. For other less common languages, a separate quote will be provided.
  • Translation Device Services: We provide visual translation devices to assist with on-site translation. The cost for using the device is 300 RMB per day, with an additional 5,000 RMB deposit required.

30.      Where can I get drinking water at the venue?

·         Drinking Water Stations: Water dispensers are available in the event functional zones where you can fill your water cup.

·         Vending Machines: Self-service bottled water vending machines are available across the venue.

·         Convenience Stores: You can also purchase bottled water at the on-site convenience stores.

31.      Where can I find ATM and exchange currency?

ATM: The Bank of China 24-hour self-service bank is located at 313-1 Qiaohe Road, Zhancheng Community, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen.

 

Currency Exchange: You can exchange RMB at the China Construction Bank on Heping Village Commercial Street or at the Agricultural Bank of China near Shenlian Circuit.

 

32.      Can I take food and beverages into the venue?

The venue generally prohibits outside food and beverages from being brought in without prior approval for health and hygiene reason. However, a small amount of personal food and drinks are allowed if you have the purchase receipt with you. These items can be taken into the venue after passing security checks.

·         Basic first aid kits are located at the Customer Service Centers.
