Q: What kind of invoices can be issued?
A: All invoices are ordinary invoices.
Q: Is it an electronic invoice or a paper invoice?
A: Electronic invoices are issued for pre-show purchases, and fixed-rate paper invoices can be provided for services purchased temporarily at the show site, or electronic invoices can be issued after the show.
Q: How to invoice the dedicated service?
A: Dedicated service is provided directly to customers by Shanghai Mingshi Conference Service Co., Ltd, the third-party company appointed by the exhibition. Please communicate with Shanghai Mingshi Conference Service Co., Ltd. for invoice requirements and collect them.
Q: How to invoice?
A: When customers make payment, please make sure to write the correct name and cell phone number in the comment field of the payment page so that the customer service representative of the exhibition can check the payment record. Please send the payment screenshot, company name, and tax number to the exhibition customer service representative after the payment is completed and provide the invoice to the customer after the invoicing is completed.

Refund and change instructions
- If NEPCON ASIA 2024 is canceled, the date or venue is changed, or the customer's city is unable to travel to the show due to epidemic restrictions, a free refund will be applied for the purchased products. Other than this, please refer to the following articles 2-4 for refund and change policy.
- Services purchased on-site are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The exclusive car service will be provided directly by Shanghai Mingshi Event Services Co.
- The refund application processing time for the pre-show purchase service is from 9:00 to 18:00 every Monday to Friday, but not on public holidays.
- Refer to the separate car refund policy for the special car transfer service.
- On-site purchased services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
